When you submit the contact form on this site, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, company name, location, and the contents of your message.
We also automatically collect limited technical information when you visit this site, including your IP address, browser and device type, the source that referred you, and the pages you view. This is described in Analytics and Visitor Identification below.
We use the information you submit through the contact form solely to respond to your inquiry. We do not sell or rent your information, and we will not add you to a mailing list without your explicit consent. We do share limited technical information with the service providers described below, who process it on our behalf.
This site uses third-party services to understand how it is used and which businesses are researching our firm:
Google Analytics. Collects standard web analytics including pages viewed, time on site, approximate geographic location, referring source, and device type. Google may set cookies or similar identifiers to do this. You can opt out using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
Cloudflare Web Analytics. Collects aggregate traffic and performance data about the site. It does not use cookies to track individual visitors across sites.
RB2B. A business visitor identification service that attempts to match a visit to the company associated with it, using the visitor's IP address and related technical signals. Where a match is made, we may receive the company name and related business information such as industry and company size. We use this to understand which businesses are interested in our firm and, where appropriate, to follow up about a potential acquisition conversation.
We use this information to understand interest in our firm. We do not use it to build advertising profiles, and we do not sell it.
You can block or limit this collection using standard browser privacy settings, tracking protection, or an ad or script blocker. You may also contact us to request that we delete information associated with your visit or that we not retain it going forward. If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights regarding personal information, including the right to know what we collect and to request deletion. Contact us using the details below to exercise them.
Inquiry records are retained for internal record-keeping purposes related to our acquisition activities. Analytics and visitor identification data is retained only as long as it remains useful for understanding interest in our firm, and is subject to the retention periods of the providers listed above. You may request deletion of your information at any time by contacting us directly through the form on this site.
We take reasonable precautions to protect the information you share with us. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
To request deletion of your data or with any privacy questions, contact us through the form on the Connect page.
